BOARDING
Regular stall boarding: $375 / month
Pasture boarding: $275 / month
Services included:
Grain and alfalfa /grass hay fed twice daily
Speical diet feeding if required
Adding supplements to food provided by owner
Arranging farrier and veterinary visits on regular basis for shoeing, shots, checkups, dental care, etc.
Regular stall cleaning with fresh bedding added
Horse turnout (weather permitting)
Use of all barn facilities, including wash rack, arenas, lounge
TRAINING
Training Horses: $700 / month
Optional Coat Enhancer: $10.00 /month
Services included:
Designing individual training program based on the unique needs of your horse, including daily exercise and grooming.
Holding your horse for farrier and vet (non-emergency)
Blankets placed on horses in cold weather, and removed in daytime or warmer conditions
Medications administered for topical, oral, injectable, all under a veterinarian's care
All regular boarding amenities included

*Lesson packages must be paid in full at the first lesson. A lesson package of 5 must be used within a 7 week period. A lesson package of 10 must be used within a 12 week period. No extensions. NO REFUNDS.
*Lessons with horse in full-time training: If your horse is in full-time training and has been for 12 consecutive months, you are entitled to two lessons per week (includes riding and showmanship) on your own horse. If your horse is in full-time training and has been for 6 consecutive months you are entitled to one lesson per week on your own horse (including riding and showmanship). All additional lessons will be billed at the current lesson rates. If you take a lesson on a horse other than your own, the lesson will be billed at current lesson rates.
* Please make checks payable to Dowell Quarter Horses.
* 24 hour notice is needed to cancel a lesson. If this is not possible due to illness or an emergency, please notifiy us at least 1 hour prior to lesson time. If you fail to give proper nostification you will be charged for the time.
*Please be on time for lessons.
*When taking a lesson you must wear an approved riding helmet and boots with a heel.
